Full Refunds:
We offer a full refund for any puppy diagnosed with a congenital or genetic disorder by a licensed veterinarian within 6 Months of purchase. Documentation from the veterinarian, including breed and the specific disorder, will be required.
Client Choice of Vet:
We understand the importance of your puppy’s health. To ensure your peace of mind, we allow all adoptions to be finalized at your chosen veterinary clinic. This allows you to have a veterinarian you trust fully examine the puppy for health, breed, and overall well-being before any payment is due. We recommend scheduling a thorough examination within the same day of receiving the puppy.
Final Sale After Vet Approval:
Once the veterinarian gives the puppy a clean bill of health and the adoption is finalized, the sale becomes final. Refunds are no longer applicable due to the commitment involved in raising a puppy.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping your puppy. In such cases, we will do our best to help find a loving, forever home that’s a good fit for the puppy. This may involve rehoming through our network of responsible pet owners or reputable rescue organizations.
Please Note:
- This policy ensures the well-being of our puppies and allows them to find permanent, loving homes. We reserve the right to deny a rehoming request if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
- We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, allergies, behavioral issues, or size/growth concerns. These factors should be carefully considered before adopting.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
