О породе
The Akita is a large, powerful spitz breed originally bred in Japan for guarding royalty and nobility, and later famous worldwide for extraordinary loyalty to their owners. Bold, dignified, and naturally protective, they carry themselves with a calm confidence that's unmistakable.
Akitas bond intensely with their family and are typically reserved with strangers and other dogs, making early socialization and confident, consistent training essential. Their thick double coat needs regular brushing, and they do best in homes ready to match their size and strong-willed nature with structure and patience.
